SHIPPING POLICY
  • ​We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it, providing the item is in stock.

  • For custom work, dispatch time will be discussed before any work is carried out. 

  • We send all our items via Special Delivery (next day) and can offer this service to you at a discount price of £5

  • You will receive a tracking number via email on the day of despatch.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please return them to us unused within 14 days. We will be happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for an alternative product. Please return the goods in their original packaging. 


Return postage is at your cost
Any Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be refunded so please ensure that they are packaged safely before posting.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE EARRINGS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS
